Artificial intelligence courses have become a mandatory subject in all universities in Kazakhstan, said Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education Gulzat Kobenova.
“AI courses are now mandatory in all universities. Ninety-three universities have adapted their programs, while 20 universities have launched 25 new academic programs. (…) Every student will be able to learn how to apply AI in their profession, develop new technologies, or create start-ups in the future,” Kobenova said.
