Delta Air Lines launched a new version of its Delta Concierge artificial intelligence-powered digital assistant this week, expanding the capabilities of the technology that debuted in January at CES, a consumer electronics trade show.
Housed within the Delta app, the October 29 Delta Concierge beta release delivers real-time, personalizes support to SkyMiles Members. Delta SkyMiles is the company’s branded frequent flyer program.
The beta version rolled out first to select SkyMiles Members.
