Qualcomm’s vision for AI is focused on vision–meaning, cameras in our mobile devices, smart glasses, and connected cars that let agentic AI services see what you see and act accordingly on your behalf.
“We’re going to bring AI everywhere,” CEO Cristiano Amon said at the start of the Tuesday-afternoon keynote that closed out day one of the company’s Snapdragon Summit here.
Saying “AI is the new UI,” able to understand unstructured input and the context around it, he predicted that it will become our ever-present assistant agent. “This is going to create what we call an ecosystem of you,” he said. “We’re going to make with those agents, this technology which is already very personal, the most personal technology ever.”
