AI power users are pulling away from everyone else, Microsoft says

FAST COMPANY — “Instead of just automating away what people used to do, and that’s an efficiency gain, what we’re seeing is much more exciting,” says Katy George, corporate vice president of workforce transformation at Microsoft. “What we’re calling ‘capability add.’”
Examples range from new uses of AI to find and address software security vulnerabilities, to salespeople being able to quickly get up to speed before a customer meeting to an extent previously impossible or impractical.
