I asked AI to generate passwords. They're so bad, it's scary

PC MAG — Here's the format the LLM is using for all of the passwords it generated for me: letter, number, special character, letter, letter, number, special character, letter, letter, number, special character, letter, letter, number, special character, letter, letter, number, special character, letter.
If I'm using an LLM to generate all my passwords and they all use the same format, that makes my passwords much easier for malicious AI agents (and humans!) to crack. An AI chatbot is not equipped to generate batches of highly secure passwords.
