Kuaishou Technology’s AI video-generation tool has reached over 12 million monthly active users, according to people familiar with the matter, as more Chinese tech companies bet on artificial-intelligence to give them an edge.
Like many of its peers, Kuaishou has turned to AI in recent years as competition intensifies among short-video content platforms.
Its AI efforts have largely centered on Kling AI, an AI-powered video generator that it hopes will help creators and businesses produce more engaging content and ads.
