Serial entrepreneur David Rogove relocated from New York to Parkland, Florida, almost seven years ago, looking for his next opportunity. With $800,000 raised from family and friends, he built a new mortgage company. Wemlo, in Davie, Florida that he exited after just 20 months.
When he launched his next venture, Maestro, in Parkland, Florida, to apply agentic AI to the mortgage process for brokers, he asked friend and local angel investor Joe Roos whether a new accelerator he’d heard about, the Gold Coast Tech Accelerator, was worth a try.
