Plaud plans new wearable as AI note-taking startup eyes $500 million in sales

BLOOMBERG — Plaud Inc., a startup that makes artificial intelligence note-taking devices, said it’s planning to release a new wearable device later this year that can work with AI agents and that it expects to book $500 million in sales in 2026.
The startup’s existing lineup includes the Plaud Note — pocket-sized, card-shaped recording devices that can be attached to the back of a phone — as well as the Plaud NotePin, which can be attached to clothing like a brooch, or worn as a neck pendant or wristband for hands-free recording.
