TIME — Even 115-year-old tech companies are no exception. “If IBM wasn't ready to embrace change, we would not exist anymore,” Meron said. “By embracing technological change, we've managed to survive in an incredibly competitive environment.”
Meron also spoke to the ways in which she sees AI as particularly useful in a person’s day-to-day work life. “I’m not a doomer about this,” she quipped. “I tell my team, ‘Identify the tasks that you have no interest in and let AI do [them].’”
