Dropbox’s founder is stepping down after 19 years—and his next move involves AI

INC. — Experts have argued that much of Dropbox’s continued viability has been due to the success of its suite of AI capabilities, including the AI-powered search and discovery tool called Dropbox Dash.
Interestingly enough, this isn’t the end for Houston’s entrepreneurial ventures, as he not-so-secretly hinted at pursuing ventures in AI.
“AI is reshaping every aspect of how we live, and I’m sure that I’ll have no shortage of ideas and stuff to work on,” he added.
