INC. — Over the past few years, the entire world has gotten used to having AI co-pilot a lot of our professional and even personal tasks.
Along the way, we’ve all received a master class in giving instructions to a machine that doesn’t think and doesn’t feel.
And that cold, direct, and empathy-free tone we need to take with AI to achieve instructional success is starting to leak into our personal and professional communication with humans. I know I’m catching myself doing it in emails and texts, especially when I talk to my kids.
