Tech’s mass layoffs are brutal—but they’ve created a massive opening

INC. — As Corporate Tech has begun to realize that they’ve all morphed into enterprise AI sellers trying to sell enterprise AI to other enterprise AI sellers, the AI platforms realize there’s growth outside of the enterprise, namely, the SMB sector.
This move could not have been more forehead-slapping obvious. SMB has always been the low-key true engine of tech.
And some of the “magic” of AI is that it’s perfectly suited for SMB. How? Another one of those things was, “We’re not writing one story for a million people. We’re writing a million stories, each one exponentially more valuable to a single person.”
